With an Associate degree in Marketing and Printing from Sinclair Community College, Phil got his real estate license in 2014, combining his sharp business acumen with a deep understanding of home remodeling—an area in which he has over 14 years of hands-on experience. His professional background also includes five years in the printing industry, adding a creative edge to his marketing approach.

Outside of real estate, Phil enjoys spending time with family and friends, playing soccer, and making music.
