Licensed in 2002, Peter launched The Chabris Group in 2007, which has earned the title of Cincinnati’s #1 real estate sales team since 2013. The team serves several hundred families every year and is recognized as the top sales team in Keller Williams’ Ohio Valley Region.

Peter is a Keller Williams MAPS Mastery Coach and specializes in scaling business. He is also a Keller Williams MAPS Group Coach, for which he wrote and teaches a webinar series on Customer Experience. The program is grounded in The Chabris Group’s customer-centric models and systems.

In 2018, Peter launched Keller Williams Seven Hills Realty, a Cincinnati-based Keller Williams franchise. He is also an investor in Keller Williams London Bridge in London, England.

In 2019, Peter joined the Keller Williams University International Master Faculty, of which there are only 50, serving over 175,000 Keller Williams agents around the world. Peter’s specialties are systemizing a great customer experience, achieving real estate sales mastery, and living an intentional life. He also teaches the mindset and skills of intentional living to high school and college young adults through the Keller Williams Kids Can foundation.

In 2019, Peter and The Chabris Group formed TCG Cares, a local charitable foundation. The TCG Cares mission is to improve local neighborhoods by helping disadvantaged homeowners correct their deferred maintenance, safety issues and neglected landscaping.

Peter graduated Magna Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa from Georgetown University with a B.S. in Mandarin Chinese. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife Lynn and two children. When he’s not working, you can kind find him playing guitar or watching his kids’ lacrosse, basketball and golf matches.
