Born in Bermuda, Niqué Swan brings a rich and diverse background in architecture, urban design, and real estate. With a Bachelor’s in Architecture from Florida A&M University and a Master’s in Urban Design from the University of Westminster in London, he has spent 38 years shaping spaces through architectural innovation. Transitioning into real estate in 2016, Niqué has combined his expertise in sales, marketing, business development, and branding to create impactful experiences for his clients.

A self-proclaimed “man of international mystery,” Niqué’s talents extend far beyond his career. He finds joy in traveling, spending time with family, baking, drawing, and coloring.
