Originally from Hershey, Pennsylvania, Mark Woodring has called Ohio home for the past 17 years. A Penn State University graduate, he brings a diverse professional background spanning 15 years in the fitness industry, business ownership in both a gym and restaurant, and more than nine years in real estate.

Mark entered real estate after experiencing poor representation in his own commercial transaction. Motivated to offer clients something better, he built his practice around integrity, honesty, and dependable guidance. His firsthand business experience gives him a practical perspective on commercial opportunities as well as the goals that matter most to everyday buyers and sellers.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys watching sports, trying local restaurants, and taking time to relax when he can. He is a proud father of three and enjoys life with his golden retriever.
