Jessica Baker brings a people-first perspective to real estate throughout southeast Cincinnati, including Adams, Brown, and Clermont counties. With an Associate Degree in Social Work and 12 years of experience in social work and case management, she developed a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to guiding people through important life transitions.

Inspired by a longstanding interest in real estate, Jessica made the career change in 2020 and has now spent six years helping clients navigate their real estate goals. She combines her strong advocacy skills, local knowledge, and commitment to clear communication to make each transaction feel more approachable and supported.

Outside of real estate, Jessica enjoys DIY projects, soaking up the sun, and spending quality time with her family and dogs. She is also a committee member and co-founder of an organization supporting a statewide constitutional amendment to prohibit construction of data centers over 25 MW. Driven by service and a desire to keep learning, Jessica is passionate about creating positive outcomes for both her clients and her community.
