Ellen Hempleman brings a lifelong appreciation for residential real estate to her work, rooted in her upbringing in Fort Thomas, Kentucky. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Cincinnati, with a focus on communication, marketing, and business development, and began building her career in real estate and recruiting immediately after graduation. Earlier experience in restaurants, event planning, and hospitality helped shape her strong interpersonal skills and client-first approach.

Inspired by her parents—who balanced full-time careers as a nurse and an electrician while renovating homes and building a real estate portfolio through hard work and plenty of family “sweat equity”—Ellen developed an early appreciation for the value, opportunity, and transformation that real estate can provide.

With experience spanning operations, marketing, sales, and launching a real estate brokerage, Ellen leverages her diverse background and genuine enthusiasm to deliver an organized, professional, and seamless experience.

Proud of her Kentucky roots, Ellen enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, learning to drive a Scag mower, tackling DIY home projects with her fiancé, Jeremy, exploring scenic parks, and camping in their sprinter van. She’s also an avid traveler and never misses an episode of Clarkson’s Farm.
