A Cincinnati native, Chris Greathouse brings a well-rounded and people-focused perspective to real estate, backed by a strong foundation in education and the arts. He earned a Teaching Certificate from Antioch University along with dual Bachelor’s degrees in English and Art from Denison University. Over the course of 14 years, Chris worked as an educator across a wide variety of environments, including schools, art museums, correctional facilities, nonprofits, and the restaurant industry—developing a unique ability to connect, communicate, and guide people from all backgrounds.

Outside of real estate, Chris enjoys a creative and active lifestyle. He spends his time exploring art, playing board games, hiking, writing, reading, and traveling to new places. He also values time with friends and stays active through soccer. With a thoughtful mindset and a genuine passion for helping others move forward, Chris is dedicated to delivering a real estate experience built on trust, guidance, and meaningful results.
