So, how do you choose the right realtor?

Let’s make this simple. You only need to consider two key criteria, both rooted in one crucial element: trust. Your realtor’s job is to act as your fiduciary, which means they advocate for your best interests throughout the entire process. So, it’s important that you trust them – both personally and professionally.

1. Personal Trust: Do You Trust Them at a Gut Level?

This is about chemistry. Do you feel like their heart is in the right place? Are they good listeners? Do you feel confident in their intentions to act in your best interest?
